Managed hosting

Managed hosting runs tupiflow for you on a dedicated VPS at <username>.tupiflow.cloud. We handle backups, updates, monitoring, and security patches. A hosting plan covers the managed instance only — pro plugins are always a separate one-time purchase, wired into your instance for you.

How to get set up

1. Buy a hosting plan from the pricing page. Plans are priced by VPS spec; each has monthly, annual, and 2-year prepaid terms.
2. Complete the intake form — this tells us how to set up your instance.
3. We provision a dedicated VPS and bring your instance up. There is no trial: on confirmed payment we spin up real infrastructure for you.

Billing terms

Each spec is sold on three terms: monthly and annual (recurring subscriptions) and a 2-year prepay (a one-time payment for a fixed 24-month term). Annual and 2-year prepay up front for a discount off the monthly rate. Exact prices and discounts are on the pricing page.

A 2-year prepaid term has a fixed end date; renewal is a fresh purchase rather than an automatic charge.

Failed payment + grace

If a subscription payment fails, your instance is suspended immediately and a 7-day grace window starts. Update your card within those 7 days and the instance auto-resumes. A repeat failure does not extend the window. If the account is still unpaid 7 days after the grace started, service ends and the hosting order is terminated.

Cancellation + refunds

Hosting terms are non-refundable and cannot be refunded mid-period. You may stop auto-renewal at any time (or, for a prepaid term, simply not buy a new one) — service continues to the end of the already-paid period, with no partial refund.

When a paid period ends (or after grace on non-payment):

• We email you a pg_dump export of your data within 7 days — a good-faith data return, not a refund.
• Service is cut immediately: the DNS record is deleted and the VPS is stopped, then queued for manual decommission. We never auto-destroy a VPS.
• Your subdomain <username>.tupiflow.cloud is held for 30 days before it’s released and available again.
