Do I have to pay again for major version upgrades?

No. A pro-plugin license grants lifetime access to all versions — every future major, minor, and patch is free. Buy once, own it forever. See Licenses.

Can I use one license on more than one instance?

Yes, within your own account. A license is per-account, and you can run the plugin on any tupiflow instance you control at no extra fee.

Does managed hosting include pro plugins?

No. The two lines never mix. Hosting covers your managed instance only. If you want a pro plugin on a hosted instance, buy the plugin separately — we wire its license into your instance transparently, so you never handle a key.

Can I get a refund?

• Pro plugins: yes — a 7-day, no-questions refund. After a refund, the plugin stops unlocking on the next install/upgrade.
• Managed hosting: no — hosting is non-refundable, including annual and 2-year prepaid terms. You can stop auto-renewal and keep service to the end of the paid period. See Managed hosting → Cancellation.

What happens if my hosting payment fails?

Your instance is suspended immediately and a 7-day grace window starts. Update your card within 7 days and it auto-resumes; otherwise service ends after the window. See Managed hosting → Failed payment + grace.

What happens to my data and subdomain if I cancel?

We email a pg_dump export of your data within 7 days of the paid period ending. Your subdomain <username>.tupiflow.cloud is held for 30 days before it’s released. See Managed hosting → Cancellation.

Is there a free trial for hosting?

No. On confirmed payment we provision real, dedicated infrastructure for you, so there’s no trial tier.

What payment methods and currencies do you support?

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD; Lemon converts to your local currency and collects any applicable tax at checkout.

Where do I find my license keys?

In the dashboard under Your licenses once you’re signed in.
